Profile

Jasper A. Bovenberg (JD, LLM, Ph.D) is a practicing lawyer, admitted to the Bars of The Netherlands and New York; he counsels on all aspects of medicine’s perennial pursuit of cure, care and prevention.

After twelve years in general and corporate finance practice with major law firms in the US and the Netherlands, handling bankruptcies, mergers, initial public offerings (AFC Ajax N.V.) and pharmaceutical litigation, he took a sabbatical to write his PhD on ownership of DNA.
